Price Match Guarantee Details 

 Otto will match any eligible competitor’s quote for purchasing the same four eligible passenger or light truck tires and/or rims. 

The competitor’s quote must not be older than 30 days. Otto will also honour the Price Match Guarantee if a competitor’s quote is presented within 30 days after purchase.

What qualifies for the Price Match Guarantee? 

• Any set of four passenger/light truck tires or wheels of the same brand and part number stocked on the Otto Mobile website

How do I submit my request for Price Matching? 

• Visit Contact Otto | Your Halifax Mobile Car Service Specialists — otto (ottomobile.ca) and START A CONVERSATION to send us a digital copy of the printed ad, or a screenshot (including the URL) of the website showing the lower-priced quote from the tire dealer (see below eligible dealer criteria). You can also visit us at the Dartmouth or Bayers Lake CAA branches. 

• We will confirm the tires are identical (size, age, product number) and in stock at the competitor location. We will then provide an updated quote for you to review. 

• If you submit a lower-priced quote within 30 days after purchase, and it meets the Price Match criteria, you will be reimbursed by the method of the original payment. 
  

Who are the eligible competitors that you will Price Match against?  

The dealer/competitor must be within 100 km of the store where you’re located, and the customer must be located within Otto’s service coverage area. 

This includes:  

• Costco 

• Canadian Tire 

• Independent Tire Retailers (OK Tire, Fountain Tire, etc.) 

• Car Dealerships 
  

Who does not qualify as an eligible competitor for the Price Match Guarantee? 

• Online retailers 

• Liquidators 

• Clearance houses 

• Other sellers that do not install tires 
  

Other Important Terms and Conditions 

• Installation, labour costs & Mobile Service fees are not included. 

• Tires must be installed by Otto Mobile Services. 

• Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons. 

• Freight is not price-matched. 

• An instant rebate is considered the same as a Mail-in rebate.  Mail-in rebates are to be used in the final determination of the Price Match value. 

• Tires are while quantities last – no rain checks. 

• The lower price must not be due to special sale offers such as manufacturer savings, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) pricing, liquidations, or clearances. 

• For personal use tires only. Not valid for commercial applications. 

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
